“After months of attempting to hire competent and available stove experts, I contacted Sierra Timberline. Their stove expert, Aaron, was sent to my house. He’s modest and will disagree that he’s an expert. Aaron was not out once, but twice. The first time to troubleshoot what other stove companies could not figure out, the second to get the job done after the correct parts could be ordered. Aaron had no problem contacting his experts when he came across something he was not absolutely certain of. He did not leave until everything was triple checked for safety after installing my Jotul gas fireplace. Aaron’s commitment to accuracy, timeliness, professionalism, customer safety and satisfaction are clearly at the top of his list.
If you are in need of having your heat stove serviced, have an issue with anything heat stoves, Sierra Timberline is the place to call. I’m sure their entire crew is great; however, I have experience with and can highly recommend Aaron.

“We LOVE our Vermont Casting gas fireplace that we recently purchased from Sierra Timberline. Nic and Brian did the install and were completed professional. They were cheerful, knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful . They were here working for several hours having to go under the house to hook up gas lines and place an electrical outlet, then remove old fireplace, install new one, and paint the inside chimney. They kept the workspace neat & tidy and were extremely polite and friendly with us and our inquisitive dogs and cat. They patiently explained the use of the modern remote to each of us before they left. Everything went well for about 10 minutes and then the fireplace shut down and we could not get it running again! We called immediately and were helped by several technicians over the phone, but nothing worked. Unfortunately this was at 5:00 PM on a Friday and we had to wait until Tuesday for a service tech to come back. Chris arrived and diagnosed the problem as a wire having been pinched during manufacture. He quickly fixed it and reassured us we had not done anything wrong . He too was so polite, friendly, respectful, and professional!. We have been using and enjoying our fireplace and am completely satisfied with everything about the service and professionalism of the entire Sierra Timberline Team!!”

“It all began at a home show in which we met Jared and explained our situation. He referred us to a contractor to remove the existing fireplace with insert and to create a new space for the wood burning stove. Andrew came out and looked at where we live, and what we have, and recommended the Lopi Liberty. After the contractor was completed it was time for installation. Nic & Carl came out and installed the new unit. They were professional, covered all areas with drop cloths, and installed the beast in a couple of hours. We LOVE our new stove! From beginning to end the process was easy. Sierra Timberline made it that way! (With the help of the contractor.) “This is my second purchase from Sierra Timberline. The first was a Lopi Endeavor wood stove and everything went flawlessly with the selection, purchase, install, everything. Not one complaint. This latest purchase was an FPX (Lopi) gas fireplace insert and same thing, the whole process was easy and the installation went perfectly. The salesmen (Dan for the fireplace and Jared for the wood stove) never pressured me to select anything or even to buy at all, they just explained everything about all the stoves and fireplaces I was interested in and seemed to really like talking about the products. The installations though are a major part of why I would recommend this place. Unlike so many other things I've purchased, they don't just show up, slap it in and leave. They are actual stove and fireplace pros who seem like they really like their work and take it seriously and try to make everything perfect. Small details like painting every cut metal edge and including us when making minor decisions about the look of the install. After watching them work I have complete confidence in the installations.
